Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Dr. Christine Wiley, a therapist with many years of experience, holding a Ph.D. in Social Work and a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Psychotherapy. I view my work as a therapist as a calling, and I am committed to providing compassionate, thoughtful care to each person I serve. I work with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life stressors, and questions of purpose and identity. I also work with couples using the Gottman Relationship Checkup and welcome clients from the LGBTQIA community. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and family systems work, and I strive to meet each client where they are as we work together toward wellness and wholeness.

My approach to therapy

I provide a compassionate and collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and respected. I work with people facing everyday life challenges, relationship concerns, and periods of transition or self-discovery. My goal is to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and move toward greater wellness and wholeness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where they can begin to share what brings them to therapy at their own pace. My goal is to listen carefully, understand their concerns, and get a sense of their personal history, current challenges, and hopes for therapy. Together, we will begin identifying goals and what healing, growth, or change might look like for them. I want clients to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged that therapy can be a meaningful place for insight and forward movement.
