I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with my MSW in Organization and Community Practice. I specialize in working with diverse populations. I have considerable experience working with: K-12 students in the school setting, family issues to include loss of custody and divorce, and a myriad of other areas to include; ADHD (neurodivergent), multicultural issues, ASD, inequality in the work setting, sexual identity/LGBTQ+, oppositional defiance, anger management, grief, anxiety, and depression.
We should all respond to our mental health as quickly as we would to our physical health due to the steps and time required to help create and maintain a balanced you.
