As a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) I am an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with an experience of over 23 years of healthcare experience, specialized in mental health to assess, diagnose, and treat psychiatric conditions, providing therapy, prescribing medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. To mention but a few, I treat individuals with alcohol and substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders, autism, schizophrenia, personality disorders and many more

Non-Judgemental approach: Diagnoses and treats common psychiatric issues, illnesses and mental health crises. Prescribes and manages medications and other treatments. Provides individual, group and family psychotherapy, including talk therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Offers counseling services to people with long-term conditions.
