Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who focuses on helping clients achieve a sense of wholeness and to gain greater connection and awareness to themselves, and those in their lives. I work with trauma, interpersonal concerns, and relationship counseling, using attachment-oriented approaches lie PACT, AEDP, and interpersonal neurobiology.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the deepest healing happens when therapy is rooted in connection, empathy, and compassion, so my first goal is to create an environment in which you feel understood and supported.

My focus is to help clients achieve a sense of wholeness and to gain a greater connection and awareness to themselves, and those in their lives. Through a nurturing, collaborative relationship, we can uncover your inherent inner wisdom and truth, guiding you toward a more harmonious way of being.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic relationship is a collaborative one, so we will work together to establish goals, and a clear path forward. Supporting and strengthening your relationship with yourself and others is a primary focus of my therapeutic approach, along with the attainment of embodiment and mindfulness. I work from a psychodynamic and experiential perspective to guide you towards an experience of authenticity and alignment with yourself, others, and the world.
