Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University and my Master's of Divinity in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Talbot School of Christian Theology.

I have experience in helping clients with depression, stress and anxiety, relationship issues, loneliness, break ups, family conflicts, motivation, confidence, self-esteem, spirituality, addictive behaviors, grief, and taking responsibility.

My approach to therapy

The various counseling approaches I implement in sessions are cognitive-behavioral, humanistic person-centered, psychodynamic, attachment theory, psycho-education, existential, reality choice, motivational interviewing, Christian Biblical approaches, spiritual formation, marriage and family, and integrative/eclectic approaches to therapy.

What you can expect from me

Clients will discuss their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, experiences, stressors, family background, and history with mental health symptoms. Clients will share about their current symptoms and how they interfere with their daily life goals.

I do my best to create a safe space where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I advocate for holistic health as a means to thrive and find healing.
