Great to meet you!

Change is hard — especially when you’re carrying trauma, family stress, or just the weight of everything life throws at you. I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’ve lost themselves somewhere along the way.

With over 15 years of experience across private practice and intensive settings, I’ve spent much of my career helping people through some of their toughest moments.

My approach to therapy

My approach is hands-on, focused, and results-driven. I tend to work well with people who are ready to face the hard stuff and want meaningful change — not just surface-level conversations.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting clear on where you are and where you want to go. We’ll talk through what’s been going on and start identifying practical steps toward change right away.

You can expect honesty, collaboration, and a space where you’re both supported and challenged. Many clients begin noticing meaningful shifts early on — and over time, feel more in control, more grounded, and more connected to the life they want to live.
