Christopher Hampton

Great to meet you!

My name is Christopher Hampton. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from Delaware State University with my BSW in 1992 and then my MSW in 1994. I have been licensed as a Professional Clinician since 1997.

In my professional career, I have had the opportunity to work with children and their families, individuals, couples and groups. Specialties include but are not limited to: Stress Management, Men's Issues, Anger Management, Depression, PTSD, Anxiety and Trauma.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Treatment approaches include Strength based, Behavior Modification, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused, Grief and Solution Focused Therapy.

1. The opportunity to meet with me as a clinician and build rapport through the process of formulating goals, objectives, expectations and interventions for treatment.
