I have 5 years of experience as a CMHC and 15 years experience in the mental health field. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I am a certified EMDR therapist with advanced training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), equipping me with effective tools to help clients navigate their trauma and anxiety. Although I do specialize in trauma, I am experienced at treating a wide variety of mental health concerns

My style is collaborative and empathetic, focusing on understanding each client's unique experiences and challenges. Each client is an individual and each session is unique to meet my clients individual needs, fostering resilience and empowering them to regain control over their lives. I aim to help clients achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being.
