Great to meet you!

As a lifelong learner, I believe that challenges and roadblocks are a part of life. Successfully navigating those challenges brings opportunities to use our strengths to create new strategies and paths – solving problems and creating new solutions. I have had the pleasure of working with adults and adolescents for over 20 years in a number of different settings, from university counseling centers, community-based outreach programs, and private psychology practice, to working with corporate executives and teams.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
