Great to meet you!

Owner of Lock & Co. Integrated Clinical Services PLLC

I’m just a regular, imperfect human and indigenous man, trying to make sense of this thing called life, just like you. Having “Dr.” in front of my name doesn’t mean I have it all figured out! I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest, work through the hard stuff, laugh a little, and discover things about yourself along the way. You don’t have to be in crisis or have all the answers to start. Whether we’re untangling life’s messes or celebrating your growth, we’ll figure it out together, one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

I offer individualized therapy, group, and clinical assessments for children, teens, adults, and families, addressing concerns such as trauma, ADHD, behavioral challenges, burnout, conflict and so much more. My approach is tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals, creating space for growth, healing, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Life can be messy, confusing, and sometimes downright ridiculous! Our time together doesn’t have to be serious all the time. There’s room for laughter, hard conversations, and those “well, that explains a lot” moments. If you’re ready to talk, grow, and figure things out together, I’d love to meet you. No perfect people required, just come as you are!
