My approach to therapy

I integrate many different therapy approaches in my practice (e.g., FAP, CBT, ACT, DBT, PET, CBT-TI, SF). As doctor of Counseling Psychology, my primary focus as a psychotherapist is to offer effective counseling to individuals (no couples at this time) dealing with relationship concerns, work challenges, academic hurdles, depression, compulsive and impulsive behaviors. anxiety, and addiction disorders. I will use all resources at my disposal to construct, with you, a plan that you can implement everyday as you move towards your individual desired life goals.
