Great to meet you!

Ambivalence (wanting and not wanting at the same time or wanting two incompatible things) is normal and expected when considering any kind of change. Are you feeling conflicted or uncertain about change? Are you feeling anxious or depressed? It would be an honor to be your provider and guide. My approach to therapy is collaborative and values‐based, helping you clarify what matters most to you. I use evidence-based interventions to address a range of issues that often bring people to therapy. I specialize in helping others navigate life transitions, with a focus on men’s health concerns, chronic pain, relationships, and substance use. If you’re feeling stuck or conflicted, that is normal. Therapy can be a supportive place to slow down, make sense of mixed feelings, and choose what aligns with what matters most to you. When you’re ready to explore your options or just want to discuss options, let's chat.

I treat depression, anxiety, chronic pain, substance use disorders, and men's health issues. It is an honor and a privilege to do this work. I am here to guide and support you in deciding your next steps.

My approach to therapy

Our work together is a partnership. Our conversations will be between two experts. You have expertise in what has (and has not) worked, and I have expertise in guiding people through difficult decisions and actions. My aim is to create a safe space for you to explore the ambivalence that often comes with change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect us to have conversations about your core values and what it means for you to live a meaningful life. I will want to know and capitalize on your unique strengths, aspirations, and the resources (both internal and external) that already support you. You can expect me to be a guide. I will not direct you on what to do or follow you wherever you go. You can expect us to have a clear path to where you want to go, knowing that it will often take detours along the way. My goal is to help get you where you want to go.
