Great to meet you!

Knowing if or when you may need help is never an easy question to answer. My name is Chris Staubach and I have been practicing for over 12 years specializing in ADHD, Addiction, Depression and Anxiety. I obtained my Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work from Wayne State University in 2012. Currently, I am am only meeting via telehealth and I accept a wide variety of insurance plans as well as private pay options. I am not accepting EAPs at this time.

My approach to therapy

I have found that different problems can require different therapy approaches and I find the best approach to use for each specific client. I generally aim to help find ways to reach your individual goals and focus on thought and behavior changes you will notice in your day to day life. I practice CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness very regularly.

What you can expect from me

I like to create a safe environment- one that you can feel comfortable in, one that can be an outlet, one that can be a trusted space. We will create outcomes together, as many people seek therapy and have very different goals of what they hope to achieve- this is a journey that we will be on together!
