My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that every individual brings unique strengths, experiences, and resilience to the therapeutic process. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools to navigate life's difficulties.
I work with clients facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I tailor treatment to each individual's needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness practices.
My goal is to help clients build self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to meet clients where they are, empowering them to identify their goals and take an active role in their own growth and healing journey.
