Great to meet you!

My career as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has centered on supporting people during some of the most difficult and transformative times in their lives. I have had the privilege of helping individuals build resilience, overcome challenges, develop healthier coping skills, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. What I value most is the opportunity to provide a compassionate space where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged as they move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe that every individual brings unique strengths, experiences, and resilience to the therapeutic process. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop practical tools to navigate life's difficulties.

I work with clients facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, and trauma. I tailor treatment to each individual's needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based therapy, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness practices.

My goal is to help clients build self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. I strive to meet clients where they are, empowering them to identify their goals and take an active role in their own growth and healing journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first meeting, my primary focus is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I believe it's important to listen first, learn about your experiences, and understand who you are as a person before discussing treatment options or developing a plan.

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they can share at their own pace. I strive to lead with empathy, curiosity, and compassion, helping individuals feel comfortable and heard. My goal is to gain a clear understanding of your concerns, strengths, and goals so that we can work together to identify the best path forward.

I also believe in providing clarity throughout the process. Therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially in the beginning, so I take time to answer questions, explain options, and ensure clients feel informed and supported. Above all, I want clients to leave the first session feeling understood, hopeful, and confident that they have a partner in their journey toward growth and healing.
