Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, relationship conflict, life transitions, and faith-based questions. I am a Christian and a libertarian, and my values shape how I see human dignity, decision-making, and the capacity for growth. Outside of therapy, I live on a 20-acre homestead with my wife and three sons, where we raise animals, garden, and try to live with intention. I also run a few side businesses and stay actively involved in my local church, which keeps me grounded and connected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and tailored to your goals. I use evidence-based models like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method, and motivational approaches to help you build insight, change habits, and improve relationships. If you’re a Christian, I’m glad to integrate your faith into our work; if you’re not, you’ll still find a respectful and values-driven space. I focus especially on men’s issues, anxiety, pornography recovery, marriage stress, and rebuilding motivation in the face of burnout or discouragement. My clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m down-to-earth, nonjudgmental, and action-oriented. I no longer offer couples therapy, but I very much enjoy "one sided" couples therapy. If you want to do your part to improve your marriage or your dating relationship, please reach out and I can help you become the person your spouse needs!

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect clarity, encouragement, and concrete steps to move forward. Whether we’re talking about managing anxiety, navigating a difficult marriage, or breaking a bad habit, I’ll help you better understand yourself and your patterns. We’ll work together to build momentum—emotionally, relationally, and spiritually if desired. I aim to create a space where truth can be spoken with compassion and where small changes lead to lasting transformation. Many clients leave sessions feeling more focused, hopeful, and equipped to handle what’s ahead.
