Great to meet you!

I’m Christy. I am a dedicated therapist, a loving mother, a sister, and a good friend.

I provide individual counseling to adults who are in search of peace and relief from symptoms related to mood instability, anxiety, relationships, and/or life stress.

I received my undergraduate degree in Anthropology in 2001, and completed a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling in 2007.

My approach to therapy

I draw from the techniques of Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Because we are all complicated beings, I believe it’s important to explore the whole person, including the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that influence how we show up in our work, relationships and daily lives.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that during our work together you feel safe, seen, and free to say whatever needs to be said to improve your life in ways that feel important to you.
