Great to meet you!

Be kind to yourself. That’s the foundation of the work I do with clients. Whether you're questioning your relationship with alcohol, navigating anxiety, or dealing with family stress, I offer a space that’s supportive, honest, and completely free of judgment. I work with individuals who are: Exploring harm-reduction or mindful drinking. Feeling stuck in cycles of anxiety, shame, or guilt. Recovering from addiction or managing triggers You might just want to feel better — physically, emotionally, and mentally — and I’ll meet you right there. You set the pace. I’ll help you get clear, grounded, and connected to what matters. You don’t have to go through this alone, and together we’ll explore how to build healthier coping skills, manage emotions, and discover the root causes of the challenges you’re facing.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we’ll focus on building a foundation of self-compassion—helping you rediscover your worth and potential. Together, we will explore the parts of you that feel lost, stuck, or unworthy, and work toward a place where you can heal and find peace with yourself.

Alongside tackling substance use, I focus on addressing any underlying mental health concerns, and we’ll do this at your pace. I’ll be there to guide you through each step—celebrating your progress, however big or small, and reminding you that it’s okay to take things one day at a time. You deserve to experience peace, joy, and the ability to live fully, and I am here to help you uncover that potential.

Remember, you don’t have to be perfect to be worthy of care and support. You are enough as you are, and together, we can work toward a future where you feel more at peace with yourself.

What you can expect from me

How I Work- I use a collaborative approach, combining: Harm reduction: Reduce harm in your life, on your terms. Motivational interviewing: Clarify what you want to change and why. Family systems therapy: Understand how dynamics shape your coping. Mind-body tools: For anxiety, nervous system regulation, and boundaries. Flexible scheduling, warm, nonjudgmental energy. A space where you can say the hard things and still be held with care. If you're not sure you're “ready,” that's okay. If you’re curious, overwhelmed, or just trying to figure things out — that’s more than enough reason to reach out.
