Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when trauma, anxiety, substance use, or legal stress intersect. You may appear strong outside while feeling exhausted or stuck inside. I provide a structured, judgment-free space to build real emotional regulation skills and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practice: cognitive behavioral and trauma-focused CBT to work through what's keeping you stuck, motivational interviewing for hard changes, and narrative, strength-based techniques to help you see your own resilience.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a conversation: what's going on, what you've tried, and what you want to feel different. From there we build a plan at your pace. You'll leave each session steadier, with real tools in hand.
