Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their emotional, relational, and personal lives. I work with clients who are managing anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, family dynamics, and periods of transition. My objective is to make therapy a space that feels supportive, grounded, and genuinely helpful. If you’re ready to begin this work or simply want a place to sort through what’s been weighing on you, I would be glad to support you in that process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and evidence‐based practice. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences without judgment and begin to understand the patterns that shape your life. I draw from several therapeutic approaches to tailor treatment to each client’s needs. My work often integrates cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients understand and shift unhelpful patterns of thinking, person‐centered therapy to ensure the therapeutic relationship remains collaborative and grounded in empathy, and mindfulness‐based practices to help clients build awareness and steadiness in their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

Your first session focuses on getting to know you, understanding what brought you in, and identifying your goals. We’ll talk through your concerns at a pace that feels comfortable, review confidentiality, and begin outlining a plan for how we can work together moving forward.
