Great to meet you!

Feeling alone and overwhelmed? I can help you to feel heard, understood, and supported as you take steps to process what you're going through. Between now and when life starts to make sense again, I'll provide an emotionally safe and compassionate space for you to work through any difficult emotions that may come up. Together, we will work toward the rebuilding of your self-esteem and sense of safety in the world. You don't have to go through difficult situations alone. By reaching out and accepting my help, you will start to think clearer, feel more hopeful, and begin to move forward toward healing and peace.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with women, 17 and above, helping you to face unforeseen life transitions such as divorce, death of a loved one, job dissatisfaction, health issues, or any other curve balls that life may throw at you. I also specialize in helping women begin to heal from any childhood woundings that may have lowered their self-esteem and left them unsure of themselves and what they can achieve.

What you can expect from me

In the first session I will introduce myself, answer any questions that you may have, and we will get to know each other in a way that will help you to feel comfortable. Then, at the point that you feel ready to share, I will ask you to tell me a little about what brought you to counseling, such as what you are currently going through in your life. As we continue to work together over time, my plan is to help you to overcome life circumstances, past or present, that are holding you back from living life your best life. My compassionate and therapeutic intervention will help you to feel less alone, and ultimately better equipped, to work through your difficult experiences toward healthy resolutions.
