I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (CRNP-PMH) with 9 years progressive experience in mental health care across inpatient, outpatient, military and forensic settings. I specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. My goal is to empower you as an active partner in your mental health care journey through compassionate, evidence-based treatment. I offer weekday evening, Saturday and Sunday appointments because of my belief that quality mental healthcare should be both flexible and accessible.

My approach is empowering, solution-focused and holistic. This is based on my belief that lasting wellness requires making the client an equal partner in choosing holistic, evidence-based treatments that address the whole person, not just symptoms. Therefore, I blend conventional psychiatry with complementary and alternative medicine to treat the whole person —prioritizing psychoeducation so that every client understands their condition and feels empowered to actively participate in their own healing.

During your first session, you will have the opportunity to share your story in a safe, judgment-free space. Together, we will explore your mental health history, current challenges, goals and explore holistic solutions to address them. Expect warmth, active listening, and a collaborative conversation — not a one-size-fits-all assessment. Together, we begin building a care plan tailored to you.
