Great to meet you!

As an LCSW and enrolled Siletz Tribal Member, I am committed to providing trauma‐informed, culturally responsive care to at-risk youth. With years of experience across diverse modalities and certification in Brainspotting, I strive to create safe, supportive spaces where young people can heal, build resilience, and strengthen their sense of identity. My work is guided by respect, collaboration, and a deep belief in each youth’s capacity for growth and recovery.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I focus on meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and building on their strengths. I believe healing happens through connection, clarity, and developing practical skills that support lasting change. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and empowering, with the goal of helping you grow, heal, and move toward a more balanced and meaningful life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we take things at your pace. I’ll ask some gentle questions to get to know you—your goals, what brought you in, and what feels most important for you right now. We’ll talk about what therapy might look like together, and you’ll have room to ask questions or share any concerns. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable, supported, and understood as we begin working toward your wellness.
