Great to meet you!

I have over 35 years of experience helping people navigate the many challenges and transitions that come with life. I specialize in supporting adults in midlife and beyond who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, grief and loss, trauma, menopause, caregiver challenges, or significant life transitions.

I understand that every person has a unique story. I strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and validated. My goal is to help you reconnect with your strengths, build confidence, and move toward greater emotional well-being and joy in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, holistic, and collaborative. I believe you have valuable wisdom within yourself, and therapy can provide the space and support needed to uncover that wisdom and discover solutions to life's challenges.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, compassion-focused, strength-based, interpersonal, grief-focused, and trauma-focused approaches. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, we will explore strategies that fit your experiences, needs, and goals while honoring your autonomy throughout the healing process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for you to share your story and what has brought you to therapy at a pace that feels comfortable. I will listen closely to understand what you are experiencing, the challenges you are facing, and what you would like to change or improve in your life.

Together, we will begin identifying your needs, strengths, and goals and create a plan for moving forward. You can expect a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment where your experiences are respected and where we can begin building a path toward greater confidence, emotional well-being, and quality of life.
