I so appreciate you taking this opportunity to come to my page and reach out for help. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have an extensive background to include working in community mental health centers, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, emergency rooms, outpatient substance centers, methadone clinics, prisons, academia, and working within federal law enforcement. I work with specifically adolescents and adults.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative with an emphasis cognitive behavioral techniques. My clinical interests include depression, cultural issues, grief/loss, substance abuse, and trauma.
