Great to meet you!

I'm Cindy Fonder, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly a decade of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's most challenging moments. My background spans school-based mental health, trauma-informed care, and working with youth and families experiencing housing instability. This gives me a deep understanding of how systems, stress, and survival intersect. I believe healing is possible for everyone, and I'm honored to walk alongside my clients on that journey. At Destination Unlimited Clinical Services, we don't just manage symptoms. We chart a course toward your best self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based frameworks including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. I meet clients where they are with no judgment and no pressure, and together we build a roadmap tailored to your unique goals and lived experience. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families across a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about you feeling comfortable and heard. We'll spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brought you in, and identifying what you'd like your life to look and feel like going forward. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling less alone and more hopeful, knowing you've taken a powerful first step toward your destination.
