Great to meet you!

I bring over 35 years of experience in counseling. I am also a certified health and wellness coach and a certified fitness trainer. I enjoy collaborating with my clients on goals for counseling, including trauma work, depression, anxiety, grief/loss. stress management, weight management and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I use an holistic approach in counseling and use evidence-based techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. Expect a judge-free zone that is flexible and centered on your goals and what you want to process.

What you can expect from me

I will help you find ways to improve your mental, emotional and physical well-being by exploring your needs and giving you evidence-based techniques to use. I also provide a safe space in sessions to process your feelings and gain insights to what may be holding you back from being your best self.
