Great to meet you!

I have over 25 years of clinical experience working in various settings including my own practice for the past 17 years. I enjoy working with my clients and one of the first things I tell them is that I’m very laid back and I want them to feel comfortable during this process.

My approach to therapy

Building a strong foundation for the therapeutic relationship is really important to me. Therapy can be really difficult at times and it’s important to earn trust within the process with one another. I have extensive experience with trauma in particular as well as depressive/ mood disorders, anxiety disorders and adjustment/ life transitions.

What you can expect from me

The first session begins building the therapeutic relationship. I’ve been described to be nurturing, easy to share with, and understanding. My goal is to learn who you are and your goals for yourself in therapy.
