Great to meet you!

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation for the effective work that comes from a good fit, and a desire to have creative, up to date experience. I really love working with individuals who struggle with treatment resistant depression and anxiety because of the relief that I see from clients, as well as the hope in finding meaning after many years of struggle. I work with all populations and have specialized training in trauma, OCD, and anxiety disorders, ADHD and adult autism.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is collaborative, warm and my approach is to provide therapy with usable tools that matter outside of the office. I have worked with some clients for many years and some as short as a few months with goals tailored to their needs during the therapy process.

What you can expect from me

I can help you in a non-judgmental environment, that is accepting and evidenced based. I bring to the table 20 plus years of experience and training in my field as well as the desire and passion for helping those who feel stuck to change course.
