Great to meet you!

I’ve worked as a therapist for the past ten years, helping people untangle their stories and find compassion for the messy, imperfect parts of being human. My own experiences as a client deeply shaped my approach. I bring empathy, warmth, and a genuine understanding of how vulnerable therapy can feel. I work with clients of all ages, from tweens to adults, to build insight, resilience, and self-acceptance. My style is collaborative and grounded in authenticity, humor, and humanity. Above all, I aim to create a space where you can feel understood, supported, and free to explore what healing might look like for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in humanism and genuine curiosity, meeting each client exactly where they are without judgment. I work from a preventative lens, helping clients recognize and address challenges before they deepen into greater distress. My style is collaborative, warm, and flexible, drawing from an eclectic mix of approaches like ACT, mindfulness, CBT, and self-compassion work. I tailor sessions to fit your unique needs and goals rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all method. Together, we focus on building insight, skills, and emotional resilience for long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, collaborative space focused on getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what brought you here. We’ll talk about what’s been feeling difficult, what’s been helping (even a little), and what you hope to change or strengthen. My goal is to help you feel understood and at ease while we begin shaping a plan that feels realistic and supportive.
