My name is Claire Thombs. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been providing counseling services to clients for 20+ years. I have worked as a Masters level Social Worker for 23 years with a diverse range of clients, many who have experienced challenges and hardships that they resolved through perserverence and determination. I hope to offer space for you that is welcoming, empowering, and will help you to work towards creating the life that you desire to live.

My approach to therapy

I use several modalities but often provide cognitive and behavioral interventions as well and strengths-based and solution focused treatments.

What you can expect from me

Clients will learn how to self reflect and create goals that will best support them in the present and eventually in the future. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment for all built on respect on what works best for each individual client.
