Great to meet you!

At the heart of my practice is the idea that "we're all walking each other home." This guides how I show up with clients—as a fellow traveler who is committed to creating a space where you are safe, supported, and valued. I have extensive experience in grief and loss, whether from the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or the loss of a beloved animal companion. I also have experience working with individuals living with acute or chronic illness, as well as with those recovering from addiction or substance use disorder. Additionally, I support caregivers with their own unique challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified Death Doula with many years of experience supporting individuals and loved ones in a clinical oncology setting, I have walked alongside people during some of life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. This work has deepened my belief in the power of human or animal connection and presence in our most defining times.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded in authenticity. I honor your lived experience and bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence to help you navigate whatever road you’re on—whether it’s one of grief, recovery, change, or rediscovery.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, I hope to get to know more about you as a human and more about how you hope to grow- whether that be working through grief, processing a big decision, or navigating any of life's changes.
