Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a California-raised, bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 10+ years of diverse clinical experience with youth, adults, and families. Having worked in emergency departments, community mental health, and state agencies, I adapt quickly to your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

How we will work together:

  • Tailored Care: We collaboratively build a treatment plan around your unique goals and strengths.
  • Evidence-Based Tools: I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
  • Lifelong Growth: Working together, I hope you will learn to identify practical, healthy coping mechanisms to confidently manage current and future life stressors and challenges across your lifespan.

What you can expect from me

I offer online sessions so you can engage from the comfort of your own safe space. In our work together, you can expect an environment that is calm and soothing, paired with a therapeutic style that is direct, warm, and transparent.

In our first session, we will:

  • Explore Your Needs: Discuss what brings you to therapy, gather essential background info, and pinpoint your unique goals.
  • Set Clear Goals: Identify exactly what you want to achieve and how I can best support you.
  • Map Out a Plan: Build your personalized treatment plan and establish our ongoing session frequency.
