Great to meet you!

I received my Master's degree in Counseling from Barry University in Florida. Since I graduated, I have worked with a wide variety of populations, from severely emotionally disturbed children to adults experiencing addiction. I believe clients who are experiencing any disruption to their identity, whether that be the transition to adulthood, retirement, or even towards the end of life, are the clients I work best with. I am a firm advocate for creating safe spaces for any population that is critically underserved and have seen the positive outcomes that come from a client feeling seen and heard. Please book only through the Headway website.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy partnering with clients so they feel affirmed and heard in the therapeutic space; moreover, I believe that clients are the ultimate experts in their own lives, and they hold the answers within them, even if those answers take some time to find.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away feeling some relief from sharing their concerns and assured that they're on their way to making some positive life changes.
