Great to meet you!

Hello! With over 20 years of clinical experience, I am dedicated to helping adults navigate life's challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, and significant transitions. As a bilingual, first-generation American and Navy veteran's spouse, I bring a warm, multicultural perspective to our sessions, proudly offering therapy in English, Spanish, and basic Catalan. My diverse professional journey spans community health, public schools, and inpatient care, including time at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. I look forward to collaborating with you in a safe, non-judgmental space to help you move from simply surviving to truly thriving.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, trauma-informed, and highly tailored to your unique healing journey. I specialize in partnering with adults navigating PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, substance use, neurodivergence, and major life transitions. Drawing from over 20 years of experience and my certifications in DBT, CBT, EMDR, and somatic interventions, I utilize evidence-based tools that support both the mind and body. As a bilingual, first-generation American and military spouse, I bring a deeply multicultural perspective to my practice and proudly offer sessions in English and Spanish.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, safe, and entirely non-judgmental environment where we can begin building a strong collaborative relationship. We will take things at your pace, exploring your unique background, current challenges, and what you ultimately hope to achieve through our time together. My primary goal is to ensure you feel heard and understood while we start outlining a clear path forward. Together, we will lay the foundation to help you transition from simply surviving to truly thriving.
