Great to meet you!

I started my practice because I understand firsthand how overwhelming mental health challenges can feel. For more than 20 years, I've combined my training, education , and experience to walk alongside clients as they navigate their own unique journeys. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can regain a sense of control, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I take a client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I often draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and reshape unhelpful thought patterns. This approach is practical and collaborative, offering you tools to feel more in control of your emotions and behaviors. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate practices such as mindfulness and behavioral strategies to support your growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about your background and what brings you to therapy, as well as what you'd like to get out of our work together. I'll explain what you can expect from therapy, what will be expected of your, and go over important details like confidentiality. By the end of the session, the main goal is for us to start building a connection and set the foundation for a supportive and effective therapy process.
