Great to meet you!

Learning, laughing, and connecting is what I do best. I’m open-minded and engaging, seeking to understand those hoping to be understood. I have a wide range of experience from community counseling to crisis inpatient hospitalizations. I love reading and music and so from time to time a lyric or quote may find a place in the session. My therapy techniques is Integrative, this allows personalized treatment to be used and adjusted as needed.
