Great to meet you!

I am a Doctor of Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with training in trauma-informed care. I support individuals in building self-determination and addressing maladaptive thought patterns that contribute to anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative and respectful of your lived experience. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to learn alongside you while offering guidance and support. I work with adolescents and adults using a trauma-informed approach that focuses on emotional regulation, relationships, and healing from trauma. Together, we explore life stressors, transitions, and complex emotions in a way that feels safe, empowering, and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we will focus on building rapport and establishing a sense of safety and collaboration. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, current stressors, and your goals for treatment. I will gather background information to better understand your experiences while being mindful of pacing and emotional safety. You can expect transparency, respect, and an opportunity to ask questions about the therapeutic process.
