Great to meet you!

I help individuals and couples understand the deeper meaning of the problems that are holding them back and work with them so they can break free and reach their full potential. I use empathy, compassion, and unconditional positive regard to guide my practice while helping people understand themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Working together collaboratively but acknowledging people are the experts of their own life, we will work together to end suffering while building self growth.

I offer guidance and unconditional positive regard to help people understand themselves using Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Humanistic, and Trauma Focused/Cognitive Behavioral Therapies.

What you can expect from our first session

The last few years has caused us suffering and loss on a scale we have never experienced before. I am offering help to process these losses, and other issues, to create the tools needed to thrive and live life to its fullest once again. I'd truly appreciate the opportunity to work with you on your journey of healing.
