Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed Clinical Social Work. I have been licensed for 15yrs and mental health is my passion. I graduated from New Mexico Highlands University School of Social Work. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, suicide ideation, and mental health crisis work.

My approach to therapy

Every person who pursues therapy has their own reason why. We will work together to identify the "why" and find what approach works best for you "The Client". I find that being open is key to success. I will challenge you, listen to you, and support you through your journey.

What you can expect from me

The first session is very important as this is where a client gets to tell their story of what brings them to therapy. We will focus on areas that you want to work on and set goals to achieve positive outcomes. I will create a trusting and welcoming environment and allows you to feel safe and vulnerable to share your story. In the sessions that follow, we will work together to achieve your therapeutic goals.
