Great to meet you!

My therapeutic style remains flexible and collaborative, focusing on your individual strengths, needs, and motivation. I consider it a privilege to partner with my clients in this work and to be trusted by them as they share their stories. I strive to create a collaborative space for you to share and examine your own behaviors, feelings, and thoughts; for as Cheryl Richardson has noted, “People start to heal the moment the feel heard.”

My approach to therapy

There is no cookie cutter therapeutic approach that works for everyone. Your personality and struggles are unique, and your therapy experience should be too. Whether you are dealing with difficult emotions, unwanted behaviors, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply a desire to improve yourself; our work can help you to identify the patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be keeping you from your goals and desires.

What you can expect from me

Sessions can be conducted in-person at my office or via a secure video platform. We will work together find tools and interventions that fit you, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My focus will be to provide you with a safe, collaborative environment to explore your concerns and work towards you personal goals.

If you do not see any openings in my calendar that work for you, please message me. I often have additional availability and would be happy to discuss your needs.
