Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or conflict in your relationships or family? You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m here to listen, support, and guide you with practical tools and therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique situation.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, helping clients navigate a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. Whether you're dealing with parenting struggles, communication issues, or personal healing, my goal is to provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where growth and change can happen.

I see clients ages 6 and up in person, and ages 12 and up via telehealth, depending on your needs and preferences.

Together, we’ll work to understand what’s holding you back and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I use a Person-Centered approach to therapy, which means we’ll take time to build a trusting relationship and ensure you feel truly heard and understood. In our early sessions, we’ll collaborate to define your therapy goals based on your unique needs and values. From there, I’ll support you in working through your concerns using a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to you. If you're looking for Christian counseling, I’m happy to incorporate that perspective into our work together.

What you can expect from me

In our therapy sessions, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. This is a space where your experiences matter, your voice is valued, and your well-being is our priority.
