Great to meet you!

You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, a major life transition, relationship challenges, or concerns about alcohol or substance use. I offer a space where you can be yourself, feel genuinely heard, and know that what matters to you matters here.

My approach to therapy

I believe good therapy begins with feeling truly understood. I take time to understand not just what you are experiencing, but the experiences, relationships, strengths, and patterns that have shaped you. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. We’ll make space for reflection, but we’ll also work toward real change, helping you gain clarity, build on your strengths, and develop tools you can use beyond our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and it’s okay if you don’t know exactly where to begin. Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you, understand what brings you here, and learn what matters most to you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once or to have all the answers.

We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you as we build a trusting relationship and a path forward. My hope is that you’ll leave feeling heard, understood, and reassured that you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
