Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges and build more meaningful, connected relationships. With years of experience working with individuals of all ages and couples, I've seen firsthand how anxiety, major life changes, and communication barriers can impact our well-being. I created my practice as a warm, welcoming space where you an openly share your struggles, hopes, and goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

For Individuals:

I draw primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) combined with other evidence-based techniques to guide you toward a greater understanding of yourself and your values. Together, we will explore your core values and identify goals that are truly meaningful to you, develop mindfulness and acceptance skills to reduce the impact of unhelpful thoughts and emotions, and practice small action steps that lead you to a life aligned with what matters most.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a friendly and creative atmosphere where every feeling and concern is welcome. I tailor my approach to fit your unique personality and background. My goal is to empower you, so you can face life's ups and downs with confidence.
