I'm a lifelong Oregonian with a passions for the outdoors including snowboarding. I'm openly in recovery from substance use addiction and I enjoy sharing my passion for a new lease on life with other people hoping to experience the same transformation.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a master's degree from PSU. I've also earned a degree in addiction counseling and have my certified alcohol and drug counselor certification level 2.

My clinical approach is focused on providing an open, safe space free of judgement with an holistic approach on the change and healing process. I enjoy incorporating a variety of therapeutic approaches including mindfulness, CBT, motivational interviewing, and a humanistic engagement with those I support.

I serve those looking to make changes in their life including, substance use, stress management, anxiety, adjusting to life changes, and goal setting just to name a few areas.

Clients can expect to gain insights into hurdles they're facing when finding internal motivation for change. I take an open-minded approach that helps clients to find the path to being their best self and an ability to have the highest quality of life they aspire for.
