Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a rich background in school social work, foster youth support, and community mental health, I am deeply dedicated to helping families and children of all ages reach their full potential. My diverse experience allows me to understand the unique challenges facing youth and families today. I specialize in providing trauma-informed care and helping individuals navigate complex life transitions, emotional hurdles, and behavioral challenges in a supportive framework.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative partnership centered around your unique goals. My approach is rooted in Trauma-Informed Care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused modalities. This means we will look at how your experiences shape your current thoughts and behaviors, while actively working on practical, structured strategies to help you move forward. I combine an organized, evidence-based therapeutic setting with a warm, adaptive style tailored to what you and your family need most.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to build connection and establish a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and secure. We will explore your background, discuss what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying what reaching your "full potential" looks like to you. You can expect a structured yet welcoming environment where we collaborate on a roadmap for your growth, ensuring you have a safe place to evolve into the person you want to be.
