Great to meet you!

I am a trauma-informed therapist licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina with over 10 years of clinical experience across hospital, outpatient, and community settings. I specialize in working with creative, sensitive women navigating life transitions, trauma, burnout, and identity shifts.

My work integrates EMDR, expressive arts, and holistic approaches to support healing beyond traditional talk therapy. Clients often choose me because they want depth, authenticity, and a therapeutic space that feels safe, grounded, and collaborative.

I value transparency, compassion, and creating a space where you can show up fully without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends science and soul. I integrate evidence-based trauma therapy, including EMDR, with expressive arts, mindfulness, and somatic awareness to support healing at the nervous system level.

Safety is always the foundation. We move at a pace that feels regulated and sustainable, not rushed. Together, we explore patterns that may be rooted in trauma, shame, or survival responses and work toward building self-trust, emotional regulation, and authenticity.

I see therapy as collaborative. You are not a problem to fix. You are a person whose story deserves understanding, care, and skilled support.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a gentle starting point. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what feels most pressing, and what you are hoping will feel different in your life.

I will ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, current stressors, and goals, while also making space for you to share at your own comfort level. There is no pressure to tell everything at once.

By the end of our first session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction, an understanding of how we might work together, and the reassurance that you do not have to navigate this alone.
