Great to meet you!

As a DeafBlind licensed clinical social worker, I am dedicated to supporting the Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing populations by using American Sign Language (ASL) in therapy. I also welcome hearing clients who are unfamiliar with ASL and are comfortable having an interpreter to ensure effective communication. With over 20 years of experience, I prioritize holistic well-being and foster a caring and supportive environment where healing and growth can flourish.

My approach to therapy

To be healthy as a whole, embrace compassion, gentleness, and kindness toward your heart. Take a moment to breathe; you are here. One step at a time, I will walk with you at your own pace. Your journey matters. Tailoring to each individual’s unique needs in therapy is my priority. I lead with empathy and caring to creating a supportive and safer space where every client feels valued and validated. I believe that mental health care should be accessible, affordable, and stigma-free.

What you can expect from me

Certainly, life can throw us off and we can feel “off”. Each client writes their own stories and comes with their unique “terms and conditions” of how they want to heal and thrive. Clients can expect to leave sessions with a greater sense of clarity and confidence. Together, we work on creating therapeutic goals while making space for them to feel validated. My hope is for clients to feel more centered and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
