Great to meet you!

Whatever brought you here, the fact that you are reading this is already meaningful. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience helping adults, older adults, children, and adolescents work through anxiety, depression, trauma, and the weight of everyday life. I believe real healing starts with a genuine connection, which is why getting to know you as a whole person is always my first priority. You do not have to figure this out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is shaped by who you are, not a template. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Focused CBT depending on what fits you best. For younger clients, I incorporate Play Therapy and Art Therapy to meet them where they are. For adults navigating anxiety, trauma, or difficult life chapters, I often layer in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy. Whatever the mix, sessions are warm, strength-based, and always driven by your own goals.

What you can expect from me

I start with a "get to know you" session where the focus is on building connection and providing my clients with an opportunity to express their own story. I strive to create a safe and warm environment where one can feel free to express themselves and access their own creativity to work towards their individual goals. Together we can get through this!
