Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe that prioritizing mental health is key to happiness, improving connections and finding stability. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years and find making genuine connections with my clients one of my top priorities. I have experience working with adults, older adults but most recently have shifted my focus to working with children and adolescence. Congratulations on taking these first steps!

My approach to therapy

No two people are the same and I find it important to focus not only on challenges but successes and interest to build a more positive, warm, open and safe therapeutic relationship. I am not only here to challenge but to also support, validate and overcome obstacles in order to build upon one's own inherent strengths.

What you can expect from me

I start with a "get to know you" session where the focus is on building connection and providing my clients with an opportunity to express their own story. I strive to create a safe and warm environment where one can feel free to express themselves and access their own creativity to work towards their individual goals. Together we can get through this!
