Great to meet you!

I work with children, teens, and young adults who may be struggling with emotional regulation, anxiety, focus and organization, self-esteem, social challenges, school or work stress, life transitions, or feeling misunderstood by others. This includes neurodivergent individuals such and those with ADHD, autism, and sensory differences. Parents often seek support when they notice challenges with focus, big emotions, shutdowns, anxiety, or social stress that impact daily life and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, strength-based, and integrative. I strive to create a supportive and affirming space where clients and families feel understood, respected, and empowered. I provide culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique background, identity, values, and lived experiences.

What you can expect from me

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand their emotions, build coping skills, and navigate stress more effectively. I also work closely with parents to strengthen connection, better understand their child’s needs, and develop practical strategies that support growth at home and in daily life. My goal is to help clients and families build resilience, recognize their strengths, and thrive in their own unique way.
