Currently my practice is focused on individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, idenity issues, or trauma. I use a Humanistic approach which means we will focus on your potential, self-discovery, and authenticity as a means to help you feel better in daily life. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Brainspotting.
